How far is Xpress Valet from the Airport?

We are located approximately 1/2 mile from the airport. Located on Hwy 436 (Semoran Blvd.)

How often do Xpress Valet shuttles run to/from the Airport?

Every 5 to 7 minutes. However, during holidays it could take a few extra minutes.

Where does the shuttle drop me off at the Airport?

The shuttle will drop you off at Level 1.

Do I need to call or text ahead of my return arrival to the Orlando Airport?

It is recommended to call as soon as your airplane lands.

Upon my return to the Orlando Airport, where do I go to get picked up by the Xpress shuttle bus?

Once you pick up your baggage at the baggage claim, proceed to level 1 below baggage. If you are on A Side- you can catch a shuttle in the following commercial lanes: A.12 0r A.34. If you are on B Side- B.12 or B.36.

Is Xpress Valet always open?

We are open 24/7, we never close.

How Secure is Xpress Valet’s Facility?

We have staff on duty 24 hours, camera surveillance, and a secure fenced lot.

Is there a maximum amount of days that I can leave my vehicle at Xpress Valet?

Park as long as you want! We do not have a restriction on the number of days you can park.

When should I arrive at Xpress Valet?

Add an extra 20 minutes to the amount of time that your airline recommends.

Is there any covered parking?

Currently, Xpress Valet does not offer covered parking.

Can I arrange for someone else to pick up my car?

Upon return you must have your claim ticket to get the automobile.

What happens if I lose my claim ticket?

We can find your automobile by looking up your name in our system; you must provide proof of your identification by showing your driver’s license before we release the car.

Is the shuttle free?

Do you have any Corporate Rates?

We are still constructing our Corporate rate program. We should have something established in the very near future.

Do you give any discounts on your rates?

Yes if you are a card carrying member of AARP, AMAC, AAA, or work for the U.S. Government you will receive 10% off the daily rate. We also offer Airport Employee special rates at $4.95 per day with a photo ID.

RESERVATIONS

Do I need a reservation?

No, however we recommend that you make a reservation during holidays due to the high demand for parking during those periods.

How do I make a reservation?

Fill out the form on the homepage to get a quote.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

You can use the “Cancel” link in your reservation voucher that is sent to your e-mail address when you book with us. Please contact us if you wish to have anything on your reservation changed.

What happens if I have a dead battery when I return to my car?

Notify one of our staff members and they will have you taken care of.

What happens if I have a flat tire when I return to my car?
